Terms and Information for Guided Visits and Tours

Due to the nature of the tour, the winery spaces, and the experiences offered, the environment and activities may not be suitable for children and visiting pets.

CONDITIONS

Tasting of our products is prohibited for persons under 18 years of age.

In order to ensure the proper enjoyment of the guided tour, we kindly ask guests to maintain an appropriate tone of voice so that everyone can fully appreciate the experience.

The tour includes stops both inside and outside the facilities, where agricultural machinery may be operating and presses may be in use.

For organizational reasons, we kindly ask you to inform us in advance of the presence of disabled guests and/or persons with mobility difficulties.

We love animals, but pets are not allowed inside the production area. They may wait for you outside.

Tours and/or tastings may be cancelled up to 48 hours in advance without penalty. After this deadline, 100% of the total amount will be charged.

It is strictly forbidden to leave minors unattended in the indoor or outdoor areas of our company.

Payments may be made on site in cash, by debit card, and/or credit card.

Tastings are accompanied by a food selection. Please inform us of any allergies or intolerances at the time of booking.

INFORMATION

The temperature in the cellar is 16°C; we therefore recommend dressing appropriately.

Prices are per person and VAT included. Please inform us in advance should you require an invoice before the visit.

Tours are available in Italian, English, and German upon request.

Please note that if you are not interested in guided tours or tastings, access to the Wine Shop is free and includes the possibility of tasting selected products at the counter for purchasing purposes. Opening hours are Monday to Saturday, 09:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
