GrGrape Variety: 50% Incrocio Manzoni, 50% Sauvignon

Winemaking: Verderio is obtained from Incrocio Manzoni grapes, which impart particularly aromatic characteristics with floral notes and a remarkably balanced taste. Gentle pressing and controlled temperature fermentation in steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation is not carried out.

Serving Temperature: 8–10°C (46–50°F)

Pairings: Perfect as an aperitif, with fish dishes, cold appetizers, or fresh cheeses.

Alcohol Content: 12%
